Shahin Enayati

Shahin started investing in small sustainable purposeful businesses since 1998, while employed full-time in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Nutritional industries, holding senior level positions in Research & Development and Business Development.
While working in these industries, he acquired a wide range of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Business Analysis. His extensive experience in these fields has allowed him to develop a sound understanding of running a business and to effectively utilize marketing and innovation in various business models.  Shahin holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and completed a Leadership and Management Module with a strong focus on International Business from Landegg University in Switzerland. Including English, he speaks a total of 5 languages.
Now with a wife, son and daughter, he inspires others in finding the same balance between purposeful work and family life.

Carolena North Enayati
Carolena began her career in customer service working her way up the corporate ladder to directing an entire operations division.  She gained invaluable experience in management, customer service, quality assurance, project management, sales and marketing.  She holds a bachelors degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego, U.S.A. and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California State University, San Diego, U.S.A.
In the year 2003, partnering with her husband, she began expanding her horizons into owning and managing businesses.  She found a more complete satisfaction in growing businesses that held a higher purpose for her. Today, she teaches part-time at the Xiamen University, Tan Kah Kee College in Xiamen, China delivering business courses.
Now with a husband son and daughter, she inspires others in finding the same balance between purposeful work and family life.
